Montpelier, IN — The City of Montpelier is excited to announce the introduction of STAR Bank, featuring an innovative Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) that will revolutionize the banking experience for residents and businesses alike.

The STAR Bank ITM is equipped with cutting-edge technology that allows customers to interact with a video teller who can guide them through every step of their transaction and answer questions about their account. From making deposits and withdrawals to transferring funds and checking balances, the virtual teller can handle a wide range of banking transactions. The ITM can even assist with account inquiries and provide customer support, making banking easier and more convenient than ever before.

Located behind the bank at 116 S. Main Street – the same location as the former Citizen’s State Bank – the STAR Bank ITM will be available for teller services from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After these hours, the machine will function like an ATM, providing basic banking services 24/7.

The City of Montpelier is thrilled to welcome STAR Bank to the community and looks forward to the enhanced banking services it will provide. They are now operational and there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony in October. Stay tuned for more updates.
